About Us

S. Craig Watkins is the Senior Appraiser and performs all appraisal duties from research to appraisal conclusion. Craig has been appraising in Metro Atlanta since 1987. Prior to that Craig was in Mortgage Banking for ten years with positions from underwriting, secondary marketing to management. Craig is a Certified Residential Appraiser and an FHA approved appraiser. Craig has a BBA in Finance from the University of Georgia.

Lynn E. Hardegree is the President and sole proprietor of Northside Appraisal of Georgia. Lynn has over 20 years of experience in mortgage banking and appraisal management. Lynn has held positions in mortgage banking ranging from closing management to underwriting. Lynn has been an FHA Direct Endorsement Underwritier and a Senior Underwriter for a national mortgage banker. Lynn's duties include all administration and quality control.
